Q: How long is your delivery time?

A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 30-35 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q: Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?

A: because aluminum case are all customized ,so we appreciate that if you could pay the customization fee.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?

1:Tooling:100% prepaid by wire transfer;
2:Parts:30% upon order confirmation and balance should be paid before delivery;
3:Other payment terms can be discussed

Q: Can small batches be customized? What is the minimum order quantity?

A: We are manufacturers. There is no limit to the number of boxes. Retail is also available. The price of mass customization will be the most cost effective.

Q: Do you provide OEM service ?

A: Yes, please provide the 3D drawing for opening new mould.

Q: Can you sent me your drawing for us ?

A: Yes, Please kindly contact us for receiving the DWG drawing.

Q: How about your capacity?

A: Our factory is famous in this field , we have advanced machines ,and we have many molds .Usually we have stock ,if you want custom-made products ,we also accept.

Q: If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?

A: We will responsible for all the quality problems.

Q: What's your MOQ ?

A :1. For our existing products, MOQ is 200 pcs with 3`~4 sizes together.

2. For products need modifications, such as specific color, MOQ is 200pcs

3. For developing new mould, MOQ is 500 pcs
